Happy Walks for Happy Dogs
Some great walks this week through meadow and woodland. Penny was very pleased to find some cherries to eat whilst she impatiently waits for her cabbages to grow in the veg patch!
We also had a couple of our regulars come for boarding. (Boarding availability is now restricted to regular walking clients only.)

Always Learning – foraging for health
Penny and Brian helped me out in the garden today, eating the seedlings from thinning out the radishes.
Just like humans, a varied diet is good for our dogs’ gut microbiomes. Whether it’s foraging in the veg patch, or tidbits from the chopping board, sneaking in veg is also great fun and a brilliant way to build connection with your pooch. Though my favourite has to be foraging for food whilst on walks – like the cherries that we found on our walks this week.
